This project was built for a middle-aged couple as an investment property. Completed in June 2022 this double storey house had a building area of 250 square meter, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms.

Even though this house was semi-attached the to the Carter 1 project the house had a different design and plan which suited the investment property unit.

During the build all aspects were taken care of and everything went to plan with no major issues.

This smooth transition and handover made the building process a delight for the clients and they are so thrilled with the outcome.
