This single storey custom home was completed in 2021 with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The client had a unique design in mind which involved creating shared spaces that was suitable for shared houses. Hence we accommodated these in our design and build resulting in a unique private mini kitchen in the master bedroom.

With our strong building project management system we’re able to finish the project in 8 months with no issues or delays despite the COVID scenarios and pushbacks. As many of our other projects, the client referred us to a new client so we can make their unique design come to life.
